Audio and video conferencing
If you are organizing or participating in meetings, please consider use the following Audio/Video conferencing options. Most modern laptops will have built-in microphone and camera. If you are usnig your home desktop you may need to use headphones.
For meetings where all participants are TRIUMF Staff with Office 365, please use:
- Microsoft Teams - This should be your first choice.
- Microsoft Skype for Business - is an option but has limited support for those participants with Linux and some mobile devices.
For meetings with non TRIUMF staff please use:
- BlueJeans
- If you are the meeting organizer, you can can only schedule a BlueJeans meeting if you have a BlueJeans account. Please submit a ticket to TRIUMF Helpdesk queue "Audio and Video Conferencing" and request a BlueJeans account.
- If you are not the Organizer you do not need a BlueJeans account. In this case, simply click the "Join Meeting" link that was sent to you in the email by the Organizer and follow the on-screen instructions.
