Ivanti (Pulse Secure was acquired by Ivanti) is the VPN client used to connect to secure TRIUMF networks. If you encounter issues with the VPN client, here are some basic troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your computer has a working internet connection. If you can't access the internet, the VPN won't work either.

Verify User Credentials: Double-check your username and password. Ensure they are correct and have not expired. If your TRIUMF account has an issue, please contact the help desk by creating a ticket at https://helpdesk.triumf.ca/

Update VPN Client: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the VPN client. Outdated versions may have compatibility issues or security vulnerabilities.
