Elog
This is an electronc logbook application running midas-elog v2.7.5 . It provides a collection of log-books that are managed as group.
Software status
The midas-elog software on elog.triumf.ca is frozen because updating the software may disrupt the work-flow of those groups that have been using it for over one and half decades. In addition, it is not tied to the TRIUMF Identity-Management system so adding/removing (or disabling) accounts is a manual process that must be done by someone for each group. It is very cumbersome and is yet another TRIUMF system on which people have independent credentials (username/password).
Requesting a new collection
Despite the frozen status of the software, new collections can still be added by request though helpdesk.
