Host Registration
Before connecting any device to the TRIUMF wired network, it must be registered.
- Login to https://helpdesk.triumf.ca
- Create a new ticket in the queue "Computing and Network".
- Send the following information about the new host.
- MAC address (How to determine the MAC address)
- TRIUMF asset number
- Preferred host-name
- Operating system (Linux, Mac, Windows , ... )
- Location
- Owner
- User
