Windows: Double-click the Live Backup Status icon 
on the taskbar to lanuch the Live Backup Recovery Assistant. Follow the instructions to recover your files. See here for the LiveBackup client user guide.
Mac: Click the Live Backup Status icon 
on the menu bar and select Recovery Assistant. Follow the instructions to recover your files. See here for the LiveBackup client for Mac user guide.
